Named as inventor in 2010 of an ATT telecommunications patent, Meena Masih Hall is not only an innovative goal driven technology leader, she is an accomplished project and program management professional with fifteen years of technology experience. Over the past thirteen years, Meena has held a number of leadership positions. Recently during her tour at Fiserv, she was Vice President of Program Management, Vice President Chief of Staff to CIO, Vice President of Project and Program Delivery and Chief of Staff to the CTO. She has also served as Economic Development Chairperson for Gwinnett County Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 2004-2009 and Co-Director of the Discipleship Ministry at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Norcross, Georgia, 2006-2010.
 
Meena Hall began her passion for technology at Auburn University, where she received her bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering. She spent nine foundational years at BellSouth where she progressively grew in the software development and delivery space. Later moving to Fiserv, she acquired infrastructure services and delivery management expertise.

Vicki Hamilton is a Senior IT / Operations Executive who comes up with new IT strategies to take care of old workplace problems. An award winning technology executive with over 20 years of senior level experience, Vicki’s strategic, multidisciplinary competencies include conceptualizing, designing and executing innovative technology strategies for high value results ($20M+.)

Recognized three years in a row by CableFAX magazine as one of the “Most Influential Minorities in Cable,” Vicki and has been named to the “Top Women in Cable Technology” and “Most Powerful Women in Cable.” She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Urban League’s Black Executive Exchange Program, Foundation Board of Directors for Women In Technology, she is Executive Team Leader for Global Exec Women and is a Growing Leaders Board Member. Vicki is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, graduate of the 2009 class of Leadership Atlanta, Past President of the Atlanta Chapter of National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is Past IT Director and Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Chapter of National Black MBA. She has managed teams of up to 450 and has been internationally published, writing a monthly mentoring column for South Africa’s CEO Magazine. Ms. Wright has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology field with a strong results record in shaping strategy and developing clear visions, managing software development projects and teams, and managing strategic alliances with software vendors.

Ms. Wright has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.  She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, Women in Business & Technology, and the President of the Oracle Applications Users Group.

Ms. Dismukes is an industry leader in Program Management Office and Software Quality Management having lead national practices in each for several organizations. She has over 20 years of experience helping companies to bridge the gap between business demands and technology execution. She has established tools, methodologies and processes for strategic planning, project management, project governance, process improvement, change management, and quality assurance.  Because of her unique ability to understand the client’s overall business strategy and the important role technology plays, clients view her as a trusted advisor and one who provides objective recommendations based on experience and best practices.  She began her career as a Project Manager and established and led one of the first PMO organizations in Atlanta, Georgia.  

Prior to joining Mitchell Martin, Ms. Dismukes held executive positions at Anteo Group, MDI, and Spherion and was an owner of OnSite Resource Solutions.  In addition, she is actively involved in several technology associations having served on several boards and committees such as Women in Technology, Technology Association of Georgia, PMI, AQAA, Southeastern Software Association and TechBridge.  In 2007, she was a nominee for “Woman of the Year” by the Technology Association of Georgia. She participated in a mentorship program for The Bergeron Scholarship recipients at Georgia State University for young women selecting technology careers.

Samuel ConnIn addition to being a member of the International Association for Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Regional Board of Advisers for North America, he is a sought after speaker on the outsourcing topic having recently been featured on CNBC, NPR radio and at various industry conferences. In addition, recent articles depicting RSI’s innovative outsourcing model have appeared in Business Week, CNN Money magazine, CFO magazine, and CIO magazine.
Hamilton began his IT career in 1988 with Accenture. In 1995 he joined four other colleagues to build their own consulting firm – Clarkston Consulting.  He was instrumental in growing Clarkston into a global strategic and systems integration firm with offices across the US and Europe.  After Clarkston’s acquisition of RSI he became the CEO in 2009.

Mr. Hamilton holds an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.B.A. in business from Millsaps College.
