Bill is currently the EVP & CIO of Metalforming, Inc (MFI), the leader in Architectural Metal Roofing throughout North America.  Throughout his leadership tenure he has brought many technology solutions to improve a small company that has a big footprint. The adoptions of several major IT systems (Unified Communications Platform, Web Solutions, CRM, ERP, SharePoint, Customer Support and Inventory Management Apps) have strategically helped keep our position as Number One. Partnerships with Georgia Tech have helped tremendously thru the innovation of many C# and .NET 3.5 software applications that helped unify our solutions and products for our customers.

Mr. Hall joined Alere in December 2008 and brings more than 25 years of proven success in managing complex infrastructure operations. He comes to Alere with a track-record of improving IT performance both operationally and financially through consolidations, process improvements, team building and defining and meeting client expectations. In this capacity, Mr. Hall will lead the Alere consolidation of IT Operations into a single organization with common goals, standards and processes.  Prior to joining Alere, he held a range of IT management positions for various organizations, including Vice President of IT Services with First Consulting Group; Vice President and Service Delivery Manager for CSC; and Vice President of Nationwide Insurance Enterprise Systems.  Mr. Hall graduated from MATA Technical College in Columbus, Ohio and continued studies at Franklin University and Capital University, both in Columbus.

Ken is currently the CIO at Manhattan Associates (MANH on NASDAQ), the leading supply chain solutions provider in the world with revenues of over $330 million and 2300 employees worldwide.  He joined Manhattan in January 2006.  Prior to Manhattan, Ken was the Vice-President of Enterprise Applications for T-Mobile managing their Supply Chain applications, as well as the data warehouse, all SAP applications (HCM, CRM, CIC, SEM and Financials) and project and portfolio management for all IT projects.

In addition to serving for the past three years as the Chief Information Officer at North Georgia College & State University, Dr. Payne has taught Computer Science and Information Systems courses for the University System of Georgia for the past 11 years. Dr. Payne received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia State University and holds an M.Ed. and a B.S. in Mathematics from North Georgia College & State University. During his tenure as CIO, Dr. Payne has overseen more than $120 million in new construction at the university including the 88,000 sq. ft. Library Technology Center, led significant upgrades in collaboration and workflow systems, secured an additional $1 million in classroom technology upgrades for 120 classrooms on the main campus, and implemented a university-wide help desk and IT governance program to serve over 7,000 users.
