Andy and his family relocated to Atlanta from Clearwater, Florida in August of 2011 and immediately joined AITP Atlanta due to an old Iowa friend and board member Shelly Steele.  He became active in AITP Atlanta assisting the scholarship fundraising committee by soliciting donations for the annual raffle and is now starting his first stint on the board.

Andy currently works at SHL and manages their Staffing and Recruiting clients across North America plus is the focused Global Manager for several major Staffing and Recruiting partners.

Kathy Anderson joined AITP’s Atlanta Chapter in 2012 and is a recent addition to the board of directors.   With more than 15 years of information technology sales experience, Kathy currently works as an account executive at World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT), a leading system integrator and a 2013 Silver Sponsor for AITP. Prior to joining WWT in 2012, Kathy worked at VMware, Cisco Systems, and EMC.   Before moving to Atlanta in 1992, Kathy was a United States Army captain at Fort Bragg, N.C. and joined the North Carolina National Guard after leaving active duty.  While in the Guard she was activated for Desert Storm in 1990 and was deployed to Saudi Arabia as a National Guard Unit Commander.  She began her sales career after leaving the Army and spent many years with Procter and Gamble and Polaroid prior to moving over to IT.

Georgette Prater joined AITP’s Atlanta Chapter in March 2012 and has accepted the position to serve on the Board of Directors as the 2013 Secretary.  Georgette has previously served on the Board of several non-profit organizations in the past in several capacities such as President, VP of Communications and Chairperson.
